Our goal is to let you spend more time selling cars. When you have a problem and call us for support, you will never be routed through a recording to get help. In the worst case scenario you will have to leave a voicemail message and we will call you back as quickly as possible. This scenario though, is exceedingly rare as every night there is one person "on-call" who will have the office phones forwarded to their cell phone. This means that 99% of our calls are answered by a live person, even on the weekends and beyond normal business hours. We know that if you have a problem, that is something that is keeping you from selling cars and we work to get you back to normal as quickly as possible, usually on that first phone call.

Customized to your dealership

Having been in the car been in the car business since 1984, we have learned that no two dealerships are run the same way. Why is this important? Because, we change our software to suit your needs, not the other way around. If you want something that you don't have right now be it a report, a feature, a program, etc. all you have to do is call. Dealer Sales Deluxe has been built almost entirely from suggestions and requests by dealers. There are few, if any, other software packages out that can rival the individuality and flexibility of our software.
